Welcome to Douglas Primary! This is such an exciting time for you and your child. We are so pleased that you have chosen the Douglas Primary School as the place for your child to embark on his/her lifelong journey of learning.
If your child is a returning student, there is no need to register again. For new students, we ask that you complete the online registration form by following the link:

When your online registration is complete you will be notified by the school. At that time you may return:
1. Your child's medical forms, found HERE
**Please note you only need to complete the Individualized Student Allergic Action Plan if you child has a life threatening allergy.
2. Proof of residency and the RESIDENCY AFFIDAVIT
3. Original or certified copy of your child's birth certificate
